Mike Kibort
Vice President, Business Development

Mike Kibort received his undergraduate degree from UCLA in Sociology with Business emphasis, and certificated at CSUF in the field of Industrial Controls Technology.

Mike comes to Xbridge Systems with 20 years of impressive results in technical sales. He brings extensive product, project, and partner management experience, as well as experience managing company operations. As the founder of several companies, Mike has been involved in all aspects of the startup process: Specifically, the patenting, development, and launch of multiple products, development and management of manufacturing partners and methods, creation and execution of multi-faceted marketing programs, and development of a channel partner network and sales force.

Mr. Kibort brings this small-to-midsize business knowledge to Xbridge. Mr. Kibort’s experience has ranged from selling complete engineered solutions for factory automation and equipment, to providing IT services and software solutions to some of the largest companies in the world. Throughout his career, Mr. Kibort has been the one of top producing technical sales professionals in every company of which he has been a part. Mike now shares this knowledge and experience with Xbridge.
